Job summary

U-Haul in Saint Albans, WV seeks a Repair Dispatch Manager to coordinate maintenance, schedule mobile technicians, and oversee field equipment and vendor relationships. You will liaise among repair shops, centers and drivers to ensure timely repairs and repairs quality.

You'll work with Microsoft Office and our proprietary tools, support the Roadside Assistance team, and drive maintenance campaigns. If you enjoy coordinating efforts and leading a team, this role offers growth and stability with

Qualifications

• Ability to work on call.
• General mechanical knowledge.
• Multi-unit-style management experience.
• Communicate professionally and eager to collaborate with others.
• Proficient computer skills (especially Microsoft Office).
• Reasonable and predictable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Liaise among marketing companies, centers, repair shops, vendors and occasionally customers.
• Route and schedule mobile repair technicians to complete needed repairs.
• Monitor equipment in the field to strategically plan maintenance.
• Oversee transfer drivers.
• Work closely with Roadside Assistance Team members.
• Organize maintenance campaigns and initiatives.
• Prospect and maintain relationships with service providers.
• Review and audit repair records.
• Monitor outside garages for quality of work performed on U-Haul rental equipment.
