U-Haul is seeking a Repair Dispatch Manager to coordinate maintenance and repair initiatives for field equipment across our network. You will liaise with centers, repair shops, vendors and customers, route mobile technicians, and monitor field assets to keep our fleet in peak condition.

This role offers hands-on leadership, on-call flexibility, and opportunities to grow with a company that values speed, reliability, and customer service.

Qualifikationen

• Ability to work on call.
• General mechanical knowledge.
• Multi-unit management experience.
• Communicate professionally and collaborate with others.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Aufgaben

• Liaise among marketing companies, centers, repair shops, vendors and occasionally customers.
• Route and schedule mobile repair technicians to complete needed repairs.
• Monitor equipment in the field to strategically plan maintenance.
• Oversee transfer drivers.
• Work closely with Roadside Assistance Team members.
• Organize maintenance campaigns and initiatives.
• Prospect and maintain relationships with service providers.
• Review and audit repair records.
• Monitor outside garages for quality of work performed on U-Haul rental equipment.
• Team Members are expected to willingly lend assistance in additional areas as necessary, following the directives and guidance of their supervisor.
