The role emphasizes strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple repairs and campaigns. This is an in-person position with growth opportunities within U-Haul.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work on call and adapt to varying schedules.
• Basic mechanical knowledge is required for vehicle maintenance contexts.
• Professional communication with internal teams and vendors is essential.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related software is expected.
• Reliable attendance and steady performance are expected.

Responsibilities

• Liaise among marketing companies, centers, repair shops, vendors and customers as needed.
• Route and schedule mobile repair technicians for required work.
• Monitor field equipment to inform maintenance planning.
• Collaborate with Roadside Assistance Team members on issues.
• Organize maintenance campaigns and initiatives for efficiency.
• Develop relationships with service providers and track performance.
• Review repair records and verify accuracy of documentation.
• Monitor external garages for quality of repairs performed on U-Haul gear.
• Assist in other areas as directed by supervision.
