Job summary

Blue Aerospace, a HEICO subsidiary, in Tamarac, FL, seeks a Repairs Coordinator to oversee repair orders within the Repair Department and ensure timely turnaround for customers. You will maintain files, track orders, and liaise with vendors to keep quotes and documentation up to date.

The role requires aviation industry experience, the ability to multitask, and a team-focused, high-pressure work style with strong problem-solving and organizational skills. FAA knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the aviation industry.
• Previous knowledge of Quantum a plus.
• Must be able to multi-task.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Must have problem solving skills, be self-motivated and organized.
• Basic knowledge of applicable Federal Aviation Regulations

Responsibilities

• Coordinate repair orders and ensure timely turnaround.
• Maintain open and closed repair order files.
• Ensure proper documentation is kept on file for each order.
• Track and expedite repair orders.
• Responsible for vendor pre-approval process.
• Establish and maintain regular contact with customer base.
• Transfer supplier quotes to ERP system.
• All other duties as assigned by Manager.
