Responsibilities

• Oversee repair order execution from demand intake through completion with cross-functional coordination.
• Monitor workload, material readiness, milestones, and delivery commitments to manage risks.
• Drive process discipline, standard work, data quality, and continuous improvement.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to balance customer requirements, capacity, and priorities.
• Support performance reporting, issue resolution, and succession planning within the function.
