Customer Support Representative - Remote (Bilingual Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean)

Join Molina Healthcare as a Customer Support Representative, providing exceptional service to our members and providers. This remote role involves resolving inquiries, supporting Medicaid, Medicare, and Marketplace members via multiple communication channels, and contributing to continuous improvement of the customer experience.

Job Duties include:

  1. Providing support through phone, chat, email, and other channels across various states and products.
  2. Conducting surveys related to health assessments and satisfaction.
  3. Documenting pertinent details of inquiries accurately.
  4. Working scheduled shifts, including overtime and weekends as needed.
  5. Building rapport empathetically and exceeding customer expectations.
  6. Listening attentively to capture relevant information and identify concerns.
  7. Meeting performance goals in quality, attendance, and adherence.
  8. Collaborating proactively with internal and external departments.
  9. Taking ownership to resolve issues promptly and follow up as needed.
  10. Supporting provider inquiries regarding eligibility, benefits, and claims status.

Job Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; experience may substitute.
  • 1-3 years of sales or customer service experience in a high-volume environment.

Preferred:

  • Associate’s Degree or higher.
  • Experience with systems like Microsoft Office, Pega, CRM, Verint, and others.
