Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in business, real estate, or related field preferred.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

• Extensive knowledge of mortgage industry, closing, title policies, and foreclosures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire life cycle of the REO process to ensure timely closings.
• Coordinate between direct reports, vendors, clients, agents, title and escrow partners.
• Identify adverse trends and implement corrective measures to improve timelines.
• Assist strategic planning to maximize profitability and efficiency.
• Develop strategies to liquidate properties within set timelines.
• Run reports to monitor contracted relationships and asset management guidelines.
• Ensure staff performance aligns with goals and budgets.
• Provide feedback to senior management on issues affecting targets.
• Facilitate training and development for staff.
