Carrington Mortgage Services in Orange, CA is seeking an on-site ONSITE REO Coordinator to support post-foreclosure and REO processes. You will work with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure properties are processed accurately and efficiently.

The role requires a high school diploma, at least one year of admin experience, and a CA Notary License or willingness to obtain one. You will use Microsoft Outlook, Fiserv/Sagent/LoanServ, Equator, Tempo, LPS Invoice Management, and On Base,

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year of administrative or clerical office experience.
• California Notary License active or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple email inboxes and route property inquiries to the appropriate teams.
• Notarize documents needed for sale or conveyance processes.
• Scan, save, upload, email and mail documents as applicable.
• Research property addresses and identify loan numbers using various systems.
• Ensure timely, accurate task completion and perform data entry.
• Provide documents to vendors and support REO workflow.
• Audit files for compliance with policies and regulations.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
