Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of ~50 residential properties across your assigned region.
• Handle tenant communication, issue resolution, and general property oversight.
• Schedule and conduct property inspections (1–2x per year per property).
• File rent court documentation on a monthly basis.
• Act as the primary point of contact for 15–20 property owners.
• Build strong relationships through proactive communication and responsiveness.
• Ensure a smooth experience for both tenants and clients across all touchpoints.
