Job summary

Bobcat of North Texas in Lewisville, TX is seeking a detailed and organized Rental Yard Attendant to join our team. The role involves preparing equipment, aiding customers, and maintaining yard operations in a fast-paced environment.

You will wash and grease equipment, verify operation, document conditions, and assist with rental agreements while supporting other departments as needed. Valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Prepare equipment by washing, greasing, checking fluid levels, and basic operation.
• Document condition on returns and manage loading/unloading onto trucks and trailers.
• Assist customers and store staff across all departments.
• Sweep, clean, and organize the yard, wash bay, and disposal areas.
• Assist with composing rental agreements and other general labor as assigned.

Bobcat of North Texas - Lewisville is looking for a detailed and organized Rental Yard Attendant to join our growing company. If you enjoy working around construction/ag machinery, take pride in clean machines, and like the feeling of a job well done.

Monday - Friday Dayshift

Responsibilities

• Preparing equipment which includes, Washing, greasing, checking fluid levels, checking for proper operation, filling out documentation on computer and paperwork, doing minor repairs.
• Loading and unloading of equipment which includes, Proper instructions on basic operation, checking for damage on returns, documentation on condition, loading and unloading on trucks and trailers.
• Assisting customers and store which includes, helping with all departments of the store.
• Sweeping and cleaning which includes, helping with yard cleaning, yard organizing, cleaning wash bay when needed, trash disposal
• Assist with composing rental agreements
• Additional general labor as assigned

Qualifications

• Positive outlook and excellent communication
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Frequently lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling 50-100 pounds and/or frequently lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling 20-50 pounds and/or continuous lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling 10-20 pounds
• Exposed to outside elements
• One year general labor experience is preferred, but not required.
• Valid driver's license in good standing
