Bobcat of North Texas in Lewisville is seeking a detail-oriented Rental Yard Attendant to join our team. You will prepare equipment, perform inspections, and complete required paperwork to ensure clean, ready-to-rent machines.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, assisting customers across departments, yard maintenance, and supporting rental agreements. This position is a Monday–Friday dayshift with opportunities for advancement and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Positive outlook and excellent communication.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling up to 100 pounds and related exertion.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing.

Responsabilités

• Prepare equipment: washing, greasing, check fluids, verify operation, complete paperwork.
• Load and unload equipment with proper operation checks and document condition.
• Assist customers and store staff across departments.
• Sweep and clean yard, wash bay, and dispose of trash.
• Assist with rental agreements and other general labor as assigned.

Monday - Friday Dayshift

Responsibilities

Preparing equipment which includes, Washing, greasing, checking fluid levels, checking for proper operation, filling out documentation on computer and paperwork, doing minor repairs.

Loading and unloading of equipment which includes, Proper instructions on basic operation, checking for damage on returns, documentation on condition, loading and unloading on trucks and trailers.

Assisting customers and store which includes, helping with all departments of the store.

Sweeping and cleaning which includes, helping with yard cleaning, yard organizing, cleaning wash bay when needed, trash disposal

Assist with composing rental agreements

Additional general labor as assigned

Qualifications

Positive outlook and excellent communication

High school diploma or equivalent

Frequently lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling 50-100 pounds and/or frequently lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling 20-50 pounds and/or continuous lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling 10-20 pounds

Exposed to outside elements

One year general labor experience is preferred, but not required.

Valid driver's license in good standing
