Job summary

Bobcat of Joplin is seeking a detail-oriented Rental Yard & Wash Bay Attendant to join our growing team. You will be responsible for washing, greasing, inspecting and documenting equipment, as well as loading and unloading for transport.

The role includes assisting customers, keeping the yard tidy, and supporting warehouse operations. The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, strong communication skills, physical stamina, and the ability to pass a drug screen.

Qualifications

• Positive outlook and excellent communication are required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be able to lift and carry moderate to heavy loads as part of the job.
• Must be able to pass a drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Prepare equipment by washing, greasing, checking fluid levels and documenting work.
• Load and unload equipment with proper operation instructions and condition notes.
• Assist customers and other store departments as needed.
• Sweep, clean, and organize yard and wash bay; manage trash disposal.
• Receive and ship warehouse products and equipment.
• Perform additional general labor as assigned.

Bobcat of Joplin is looking for a detailed and organized Rental Yard & Wash Bay Attendant to join our growing company. If you enjoy working around construction machinery, take pride in clean machines, and like the feeling of a job well done.

Responsibilities

• Preparing equipment which includes, Washing, greasing, checking fluid levels, checking for proper operation, filling out documentation on computer and paperwork, doing minor repairs.
• Loading and unloading of equipment which includes, Proper instructions on basic operation, checking for damage on returns, documentation on condition, loading and unloading on trucks and trailers.
• Assisting customers and store which includes, helping with all departments of the store.
• Sweeping and cleaning which includes, helping with yard cleaning, yard organizing, cleaning wash bay when needed, trash disposal
• Receiving and Shipping warehouse products and equipment
• Additional general labor as assigned

Qualifications

• Positive outlook and excellent communication
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Frequently lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling 50-100 pounds and/or frequently lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling 20-50 pounds and/or continuous lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling 10-20 pounds
• One year general labor experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be able to pass a drug screen
