Job summary

Bobcat of Houston in Conroe is seeking a detailed and organized Rental Yard Attendant to join our growing team. You will prepare equipment by washing, greasing, checking fluids and operation, and assist customers across departments. This position requires lifting up to 100 pounds, valid driver's license, and a willingness to perform general labor.

• Load and unload equipment with proper safety checks.
• Assist customers and store across departments.
• Sweep, clean, and organize yard; maintain wash bay.

Bobcat of Houston - Conroe is looking for a detailed and organized Rental Yard Attendant to join our growing company.

Monday - Friday Dayshift

Responsibilities

Preparing equipment which includes, Washing, greasing, checking fluid levels, checking for proper operation, filling out documentation on computer and paperwork, doing minor repairs.

Loading and unloading of equipment which includes, Proper instructions on basic operation, checking for damage on returns, documentation on condition, loading and unloading on trucks and trailers.

Assisting customers and store which includes, helping with all departments of the store.

Sweeping and cleaning which includes, helping with yard cleaning, yard organizing, cleaning wash bay when needed, trash disposal

Assist with composing rental agreements

Additional general labor as assigned

Qualifications

Positive outlook and excellent communication

High school diploma or equivalent

Frequently lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling 50-100 pounds and/or frequently lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling 20-50 pounds and/or continuous lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling 10-20 pounds

Exposed to outside elements

One year general labor experience is preferred, but not required.
