Job summary

White Cap Supply Holdings, LLC. is hiring a Rental Yard Associate on-site in Indianapolis to support our construction materials rental business. You will help prepare, inspect, and deliver rental equipment while maintaining a clean, safe yard environment.

Ideal candidates have 0–2 years of experience, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and a willingness to work outdoors. We offer comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth in a large, nationally recognized company.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in a warehouse or rental yard.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Able to stand for periods up to 60 minutes.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Knowledge of construction and industrial products.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

• Remove dirt, concrete or debris from rental equipment and yard.
• Ensure all rental equipment is in good, usable condition before checkout.
• Inspect equipment for damage and report per procedures.
• Oil and lubricate tools and equipment as specified.
• Prepare and stage rental orders for delivery.
• Follow company safety policies.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and stand as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Typically 0–2 years of experience.

A Rental Yard Associate at White Cap…

• Removes dirt, concrete, or other debris from rental equipment and area using provided hand tools and cleaning equipment.

• Ensures all rental equipment is in good, useable condition before it goes out to the customer.

• Inspects all rental equipment for damage. Reports any damage according to established procedure.

• Oils and lubricates all tools, equipment and tilt-up braces according to specifications.

• Prepares and stages rental orders to go out for delivery.

• Follows company safety policy and procedures.

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds in a physical environment. Ability to stand for periods of time up to and exceeding 60 minutes.

• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Generally has 0-2 years of experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to Work Outdoors

• Ability to Heavy Lift Up to 75 pounds

• Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely.

• Knowledge of construction and industrial products.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety .

• Knowledge of Machines and Hand & Power tools

• Bilingual-Spanish is a plus
