Job summary

White Cap in the United States is hiring a Rental Yard Associate to support our rental operations on-site. You will remove debris, prep equipment, inspect gear, and help stage orders for delivery, contributing to safe and reliable service for contractors.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Removes dirt and debris from rental equipment and area using hand tools.
• Inspects equipment for damage and reports issues per procedure.
• Prepares and stages rental orders for delivery.
• Ensures equipment is clean and in good working condition before delivery.
• Follows safety policies and works with team to support customers.

Rental Yard Associate _at White Cap…

• Removes dirt, concrete, or other debris from rental equipment and area using provided hand tools and cleaning equipment.
• Ensures all rental equipment is in good, useable condition before it goes out to the customer.
• Inspects all rental equipment for damage. Reports any damage according to established procedure.
• Oils and lubricates all tools, equipment and tilt-up braces according to specifications.
• Prepares and stages rental orders to go out for delivery.
• Follows company safety policy and procedures.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds in a physical environment. Ability to stand for periods of time up to and exceeding 60 minutes.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Generally has 0-2 years of experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Forklift experience preferred.
• Knowledge of construction and industrial products.
• Spanish language proficiency.
