Job summary

White Cap Supply Holdings, LLC. in Raleigh, NC is hiring a Rental Yard Associate to support on-site operations, equipment preparation, and rental orders. You will remove debris, inspect equipment, oil and lubricate tools, stage orders for delivery, and follow safety procedures.

This role typically requires 0-2 years of experience; forklift experience is a plus. The company offers comprehensive benefits and a Great Place to Work culture, with a Monday–Friday 7:30 AM–4 PM schedule.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of related work experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to work outdoors in non-climate-controlled environments.
• Forklift experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with construction/industrial products is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Remove dirt, concrete, or debris from rental equipment and area using provided tools.
• Ensure all rental equipment is in good, usable condition before customer checkout.
• Inspect equipment for damage and report per procedure.
• Oil and lubricate tools, equipment, and tilt-up braces per specs.
• Prepare and stage rental orders for delivery.
• Follow company safety policies and procedures.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and standing 60+ minutes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Typically 0-2 years of experience.

A Rental Yard Associate at White Cap…

• Removes dirt, concrete, or other debris from rental equipment and area using provided hand tools and cleaning equipment.

• Ensures all rental equipment is in good, useable condition before it goes out to the customer.

• Inspects all rental equipment for damage. Reports any damage according to established procedure.

• Oils and lubricates all tools, equipment and tilt-up braces according to specifications.

• Prepares and stages rental orders to go out for delivery.

• Follows company safety policy and procedures.

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds in a physical environment. Ability to stand for periods of time up to and exceeding 60 minutes.

• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Generally has 0-2 years of experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Forklift experience preferred.

• Knowledge of construction and industrial products.
