Job summary

Total Tool, a NEFCO company, is seeking a Rental Technician in Saint Paul, MN to maintain our fleet of rental tools and support the rental process. You will organize the tool rental departments, operate and test equipment, and perform minor repairs, while delivering exceptional customer service to every client.

You will collaborate with sales and vendors, stay informed on current products, prioritize daily workflow, and help maintain a safe work environment by following safety standards.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude.
• Construction industry experience preferred.
• Ability to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain tool rental departments.
• Operate and test equipment.
• Perform minor repairs on equipment.
• Complete rental process with strong customer service.
• Prioritize daily department workflow.
• Maintain clear communication with coworkers and management to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Partner with vendors regarding parts and repairs.
