Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
• Desire to grow your career with an industry-leading company.
• Detail-oriented and able to thrive in a team environment.
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with customers in electrical, mechanical, and construction.
• Provide knowledgeable service in person and over the phone.
• Process quotes and orders for customers.
• Work with Outside Sales to streamline the customer experience.
• Engage in ongoing training on products, services, and industry trends.
