Job summary

Angel Fire Resort is seeking a Rental Technician Supervisor to lead the Children’s Ski School rental team and ensure smooth daily operations this winter. The role combines hands-on gear repair with supervising a small technician staff and delivering top-notch guest service.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience with ski and snowboard gear, can set an example for others, and will oversee schedules, gear assignment, and safety testing.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a small team.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong experience with ski and snowboard gear.
• Ability to set a positive example for technicians.

Responsibilities

• Lead rental technician team by writing schedules and assigning tasks.
• Assign gear to guests and adjust bindings; inspect gear on return.
• Repair gear and tune skis; maintain rental fleet.
• Test rental equipment for safety per binding manufacturer’s specs.
• Prepare Ski School setup and breakdown and manage daily operations.
• Direct staff to ensure productivity and track inventory.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by Ski School management.
