Job summary

Snowbowl is seeking a Rental Supervisor to lead daily shop operations, oversee staff, and manage rental inventory. You will open/close the rental shop, monitor schedules, and ensure policies are followed while delivering exceptional guest service.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, processing payroll, coordinating with Guest Services and Ski School, and handling guest inquiries with timely escalation when needed. Expect a fast-paced environment and a focus on team development.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience managing 10+ team members or more.
• Strong customer service skills under pressure.
• Experience creating and adjusting staff schedules.
• Payroll related tasks and time punch issue resolution.
• Experience with Google Workspace is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Open and close rental shop daily.
• Monitor staffing levels and adjust schedules.
• Supervise daily rental operations and ensure policy compliance.
• Assist with payroll and timekeeping corrections.
• Maintain all employee documents and certifications.
• Provide clear daily expectations to staff and motivate the team.
• Handle guest inquiries and escalate as needed to Manager or Guest Services.
• Collaborate with Guest Services and Ski School to ensure accurate information sharing.
• Answer guest and employee emails promptly.
• Contribute to budget and inventory rotation discussions.
• Oversee season rental operations and monthly inventory demos.
• Support training sessions and onboarding led by the Manager.
