Blanchard Machinery in Greenville, SC seeks a Rental Shop Lead to safely inspect, diagnose, and repair heavy equipment while guiding a team of Rental Shop Technicians. You will drive production goals by providing training, mentorship, and performance coaching to ensure services meet customer needs and exceed department targets.

The role requires a proactive leader who can read electrical and hydraulic schematics, coordinate work orders, and uphold safety policies.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years’ experience maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing diesel equipment preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical and hydraulic schematics, operating and maintenance service manuals.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of Rental Shop Technicians to perform inspections, diagnoses and repairs of heavy equipment.
• Ensure production goals are met by providing guidance, training and evaluating staff.
• Coordinate workorders, monitor parts, and ensure safety policies are followed.
