Sunbelt Rentals seeks a Shop Foreman to lead a team of service technicians in repairing and maintaining rental equipment. You will coordinate workload in the Service Department for maximum efficiency and direct daily operations, ensuring quality repair work and strong customer service.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of mechanical experience within Rental Industry or similar industry.
• Previous supervisory experience.
• Proven customer relations and communications skills.
• Basic computer understanding to enter data into a terminal or PC.

Responsabilités

• Instruct, assist and train service technicians in best practices of equipment repair and safety.
• Perform inspections of completed repairs to ensure quality of work.
• Improve operations and reduce turnaround times.
• Coordinate with other areas to provide quality customer service.
• Direct service technicians and yard staff in daily operations.
• Schedule service and maintenance of equipment at workshop or job site; coordinate responses to breakdowns.
