Job summary

Mission Ridge Ski Resort is seeking a Rental Shop Lead in Wenatchee, WA. This seasonal position involves renting ski and snowboard equipment, supervising staff when the manager is not present, resolving guest issues, and diagnosing repairs on rental gear.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 1–3 months related experience, or an equivalent combo, plus a ski binding certification provided by the employer. Strong customer service and problem-solving skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Issue rental equipment accurately and efficiently.
• Clean and adjust rental equipment.
• Operate the point of sale system for all sales functions.
• Follow opening and closing procedures for the department as a whole.
• Communicate with guests.
• Ensure the guest experience is consistent with Mission Ridge standards.
• Assist staff with their tasks as needed.
• Assist manager with supply & inventory management.
• Perform maintenance and repair work on rental equipment.
• Ability to perform at least some tuning and repair work on guest equipment.

Reports to: Rental Manager

Pay Range: $18-$20/hr

Status: Seasonal Part Time/Full Time

JOB SUMMARY: Rent ski & snowboard equipment to customers, supervise employees when manager is not present, solve various guest issues, and diagnose repairs to guest/rental equipment

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES/TASKS:
