Summary of Essential Duties and Responsibilities

An employee in this position performs a variety of general interior custodial duties including, but not limited to: mopping floors, vacuuming carpets, dusting/cleaning doors or windows, emptying trash cans, cleaning restrooms, and minor, basic maintenance of facilities. Additionally, tasks such as light exterior grounds maintenance, litter collection, trash removal, and cleaning of comfort stations are expected.

Qualifications

• Manual labor is required to perform unskilled tasks of a physical nature.
• Minimum age requirement is 18 years and must possess a valid driver's license.
• This position involves weekend and holiday hours.
