Job Description: GreenDrop Site Attendant

Pay Range: Our starting pay ranges from $15.00 to $20.00 per hour.

What you’ll be working on:

• The Site Attendant plays a critical role in providing exceptional service to donors and representing GreenDrop’s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Essential Job Functions:

• Interact positively and professionally with donors, assisting with donations and unloading vehicles.
• Record donor information using a tablet and maintain site cleanliness inside and outside.
• Organize donations, manage supplies, and perform other duties as assigned.
• Must be able to work on-site during scheduled hours and perform essential functions with or without accommodations.

Qualifications:

• Ability to work independently and interact effectively with people.
• Desire to provide excellent service.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying conditions.
• Positive attitude, punctuality, initiative, and strong communication skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
