The Facilities & Operations (F&O) Directorate's mission is to enable great science. The Guest Services Division provides services that support and assist the world-class scientific research performed at Brookhaven National Laboratory (BNL). Guest services are available to all Brookhaven Divisions, Departments, guests, users, and visiting researchers.
Brookhaven National Laboratory's Facilities & Operations (F&O) Directorate seeks a Special Services Attendant. This position reports to the Conference and Food Services Supervisor.
Performs various service duties in connection with conferences, meetings and special events. Directs and coordinates work of other employees as assigned. Works as Laboratory Custodian when not on special service assignment.

The successful applicant will be required to join IBEW Local 2230 and maintain membership within 30 days of their start date. The salary for this position is $31.11 per hour.
