Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree from accredited university is preferred or two years’ or more of sales experience and/or training.
• Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment, preferably in a service-oriented industry.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proven inside sales experience
• Track record of over-achieving quota
• Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Strong listening and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Ability to communicate the “Value Added” concept to customers at all levels.
• Highly organized

Aufgaben

• Service Existing Customer Accounts: Begin to learn the equipment via training documents provided by Rental Manager.
• Expand Rental Customer Base: Cold-call prospective rental customers and generate interest with dormant rental customers.
• Grow revenue via strategic decision making and follow pricing matrices with discounting rules.
• Rental Documentation Creation: Create rental contracts in SAP and ensure accuracy of paperwork.
• Coordinate delivery and pickup with site transportation coordinators and document within 24 hours.
• Utilize SAP reports to drive rental metrics and review billing on contracts.
• Maintain rental paperwork and master files; meet audit standards.
• Work with customers and colleagues to meet needs; manage OT and damage recovery.
• Other duties as assigned.
