Job summary

LiftOne in Decatur, Alabama, seeks an energetic inside sales professional to service existing customers and expand its rental client base. You will learn our equipment, generate new interest, and drive revenue through proactive outreach and strategic pricing decisions.

Proficiency with SAP, Salesforce and ServiceMax will support daily tasks and contract creation. Success will require excellent communication, a strong phone presence, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from accredited university preferred or two years' or more of sales experience and/or training.
Fast-paced environment experience is preferred in a service-oriented industry.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Proven inside sales experience with track record of meeting quotas.
Strong phone presence and ability to handle many calls daily.
Excellent verbal and written communication, listening and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Service existing customer accounts and learn equipment via training materials.
Expand rental customer base with cold calls and reactivations to grow revenue.
Follow pricing matrices and enforce discounting rules to optimize profitability.
Create rental contracts in SAP and ensure paperwork accuracy and completeness.
Coordinate equipment delivery and pickup with transportation coordinators.
Maintain rental paperwork, master data, and billing accuracy.
