Penske Truck Leasing in Baton Rouge is seeking a self-motivated Rental Sales Representative. You will drive business development through marketing our rental products, grow the customer base, and manage existing accounts in fleet planning and profitability.

This role offers a salary plus commission, a company vehicle, and substantial training to advance your sales skills. Growth into higher sales or operations roles is encouraged.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years customer service experience required.
• At least 2 years sales experience required; transportation sales preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelors degree preferred.
• Bilingual, Spanish preferred.
• Advanced computer skills including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint required.

Responsabilités

• Answer questions about products, prices, availability, and terms.
• Recommend products based on customer needs and interests.
• Contact customers to demonstrate products and solicit orders.
• Prepare estimates and bids to meet client needs.
• Manage accounts in fleet planning and profitability.
• Coordinate delivery and installation of products and equipment.
• Maintain records of contacts, accounts and orders.
