Job summary

SIXT is seeking a Rental Sales Agent at Aspen/Pitkin County Airport to greet customers, assess needs, and guide them through the rental process while upselling upgrades and services.

This full-time on-site role offers an hourly wage of $25.20 and uncapped bonuses, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for development within a global mobility provider. Flexibility for nights and weekends is required and a valid US driver’s license is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven sales talent with upselling and closing experience.
• Experience from retail/hospitality/banking or car rental with a service mindset.
• Excellent verbal communication and direct customer interaction.
• Comfortable working in a commission-driven environment.
• Willing to work varied shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must have a valid US driver's license with a clean driving record and be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.

• You pleasantly greet and guide all customers through the car rental process, building rapport and identifying needs from the first moment.
• You prepare rental agreements and confidently upsell vehicle upgrades, protection packages, fuel options, and additional services to maximize every interaction.
• You meet and exceed sales goals through successful upselling and cross-selling, motivated by performance-based earnings.
• You handle customer inquiries with urgency and professionalism, always organized, service-oriented and with a smile.

• You possess excellent verbal communication skills and enjoy direct customer interaction
• You are comfortable working in a commission-driven environment and thrive under pressure
• You are willing to work various shifts, including nights, weekends and public holidays, with a flexible approach to working hours
• You have a valid US driver's license with a clean driving record and are authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship
