Job summary

Hogan Transportation in Colorado seeks a Rental Sales Manager to drive sales and operations for our commercial truck rental line. You will develop new accounts, manage relationships, and lead a branch-wide product performance.

The role includes a base salary in the low–mid 50k range plus 15% commission based on performance, with opportunities to grow the book of business and participate in Hogan’s sales strategies.

• Develop sales leads for the contractual product lines (e.g., full-service lease, contract maintenance, etc.)
• Works with and assists other Hogan sales personnel to maximize the branch’s financial performance.
• Support rental location, including rental counter activities as needed.
• Executes the company’s sales and marketing strategies.
• Other duties as assigned.

The Rental Sales Manager (RSM) position is responsible for the sales & operational activities of our commercial truck rental product line, including; business development, account management, customer service, asset management, & the branch’s overall product line performance..

This position pays $52k-59k per year, plus 15% commission earnings based on performance

• No required overnight travel (except for an occasional meeting at corporate HQ)
• A valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on your record in the past 3 years (i.e., DUI, DWI, reckless driving, using a cellular device, etc.)
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
