Ronin Towing Inc is seeking a customer service oriented individual to support daily operations at our New Jersey location. responsibilities include assisting customers with products and services, handling rental equipment, and processing invoices.

The role requires the ability to drive and operate up to a 26 ft box truck, strong communication, and basic computer skills. Flexible schedule with potential for full-time or part-time work.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside with products and services.
• Move and hook up rental trucks and trailers (up to 26 ft box truck).
• Clean and inspect rental equipment on the lot.
• Answer questions and educate customers regarding products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returned from rental.
• General office work such as answer phones, scanning, filing, etc.
• Assist customers with releasing towed vehicles.

• Clean and inspect rental equipment on the lot
• Answer questions and educate customers regarding products and services
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returned from rental
• General office work such as answer phones, scanning, filing etc.
• Assist customers with releasing towed vehicles

Experience:
