Job summary

Sixt is seeking a customer-focused associate in Tampa to deliver exceptional service and drive sales at the branch. You will learn our full vehicle fleet, handle inquiries, and ensure a smooth rental experience.

You will upsell upgrades and protection packages while meeting sales goals and maintaining knowledge of SIXT products. The role requires weekend/holiday shifts and a positive, team-oriented attitude.

Qualifications

• Keen to upsell with targets in mind and strong customer contact.
• Experience in direct customer contact, ideally in retail, service, tourism or hospitality.
• Clear and articulate English communication.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Must have a valid US driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• You meet and exceed sales goals and maintain expert knowledge of the full SIXT fleet and all products

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• You love sales and have proven upselling and closing skills - motivated by targets and customer contact
• You have experience in direct customer contact, ideally in retail sales, service, tourism, or hospitality
• You are communicative and articulate in English
• You are flexible, team-oriented and bring full energy to shift work, including weekends and holidays - whether full-time or part-time
• You have a valid US driver's license with a clean driving record
