Job summary

The Siu Team at Compass is seeking a licensed real estate agent with 1–2 years of experience to manage our established portfolio of approximately 70–80 rental properties throughout the South End, Back Bay, Brookline and surrounding Boston neighborhoods.

You’ll step into an established portfolio with immediate listings and a steady stream of renter leads, with the opportunity to turn renters into long-term clients who may become buyers and sellers.

Qualifications

• At least 1–2 years of real estate experience.
• Strong knowledge of the Boston rental market.
• Organized, responsive, professional, and self-motivated.
• Comfortable independently managing listings and transactions.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in building a long-term real estate business.

Responsibilities

• Manage and market the team’s rental listings
• Coordinate showings, applications, lease preparation, and lease execution
• Manage lease renewals and tenant communications
• Follow up with rental inquiries and incoming leads
• Prepare and manage listings on Compass and MLS
• Maintain CRM, listing records, and transaction documentation
• Provide a high level of service throughout the rental process

This is a unique opportunity for an agent looking to grow their business without starting from scratch. You’ll step into an established rental portfolio with immediate listings and a consistent pipeline of renter leads, while having the opportunity to build relationships with those renters and turn them into your own long term clients and future buyers and sellers.
