Job summary

SIXT is seeking a customer-focused team member in the United States to drive sales and deliver exceptional service at the branch. You will manage the fleet and assist customers, learning all SIXT vehicle offerings as part of your role.

You will upsell upgrades and services, handle rentals, and contribute to achieving sales targets. The position offers flexible hours and uncapped bonus opportunities, along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• You love sales and have upselling and closing skills.
• Experience in direct customer contact, ideally in retail sales, service, tourism, or hospitality.
• English proficiency with clear communication.
• Willing to work full-time or part-time, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid US driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customers with a friendly, professional sales/service approach.
• Confidently upsell vehicle upgrades, protection packages, and additional services.
• Prepare rental agreements and handle customer inquiries with organization and a service mindset.
• Meet and exceed sales goals and maintain knowledge of the SIXT fleet and products.
