Job summary

Sixt is seeking a customer-focused associate in Tampa to deliver exceptional service and drive sales at the branch. You will learn our full vehicle fleet, handle inquiries, and ensure a smooth rental experience.

You will upsell upgrades and protection packages while meeting sales goals and maintaining knowledge of SIXT products. The role requires weekend/holiday shifts and a positive, team-oriented attitude.

Qualifications

• Keen to upsell with targets in mind and strong customer contact.
• Experience in direct customer contact, ideally in retail, service, tourism or hospitality.
• Clear and articulate English communication.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Must have a valid US driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customers with a friendly, professional approach.
• Confidently upsell vehicle upgrades, protection packages and additional services.
• Prepare rental agreements and handle customer inquiries with organized, service-oriented focus.
• Meet and exceed sales goals while maintaining expert knowledge of the SIXT fleet and products.
