Job summary

Big Mike's Rental Sales & Service is hiring a Rental Supervisor to coordinate maintenance schedules, manage parts orders, and supervise staff to ensure exceptional customer experiences. The role requires strong organization and attention to detail, with responsibilities spanning scheduling, training, and inventory management.

The position reports to FCWGS-Gallup management and offers a path to advance within the rental division.

Qualifications

• Requires High School diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred
• 3+ years managerial experience in retail/equipment rental
• Experience in management, retail, and equipment rental operations

Responsibilities

• Coordinate monthly personnel scheduling
• Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain product knowledge
• Train staff on retail sales and processes
• Collaborate with accounting on overdue collections
• Oversee rental operations procedures and safety standards
• Supervise and develop staff; assign daily goals
• Maintain inventory and parts; manage pricing and stock levels
• Inspect equipment for wear; plan repairs or replacement
