Job summary

Riggs CAT is seeking a Rental Operations Coordinator in Texarkana to streamline the rental process and boost revenue. You will become the primary rental contact at the branch, coordinate deliveries, manage work orders, and oversee rental assets from rent to roll to ensure items are ready to rent.

The role requires a High School diploma, DBS experience and familiarity with iRent, with overnight travel 1–3 days per month. This is a full-time position.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with Dealer Business Systems (DBS) preferred.
• Experience with iRent preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to travel overnight 1–3 days per month.
• Permanent position – full-time.

Responsibilities

• Rental asset management from rent to roll.
• Primary rental contact at the branch.
• Manage customer experience from receivable to return.
• Coordinate deliveries and pickups with transportation.
• Invoicing rental transactions.
• Supervise rental technicians.
• Manage the team to meet/exceed operational metrics.
• Resolve rental damage.
• Handle work order management.
• Understand work tool products and attachments; apply knowledge.
• Suggest improvements for rental processes and procedures.
• Ensure proper product placement on yard and demo space.
• Assist customers with pickup of machines and attachments.
• Provide basic safety knowledge of machines to customers.
