Riggs Cat in Texarkana, AR is seeking a diligent Rental Operations Coordinator to streamline the rental process, support customers, and drive revenue. You will be the branch's primary rental contact and coordinate asset usage.
The role requires hands-on experience with dealer systems, iRent, and strong communication skills, with light travel and full-time commitment. You will supervise technicians and ensure every item is ready to rent.
The purpose of a Rental Operations Coordinator is to streamline the rental process to be more efficient and affective for all involved departments. This position will inspire customer engagement (both employee and customer) to increase performance, improve utilization, and reduce response time, all while growing revenue and market share.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear. Employee must be able to lift 25 lbs of force occasionally and 10 lbs of force frequently.
The employee is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; moving mechanical parts and outside weather conditions.
