Job summary

JM Test Systems is seeking a Rental Operations Coordinator to own the check-in workflow for returned rental equipment. You will inspect, document, and route units to the lab, helping ensure timely availability for the next customer.

This role includes travel to other JM Test Systems locations (roughly 20%), training teams, launching new sites, and supporting the checkout team to keep deliveries on time. You are organized, detail-focused, and eager to improve processes across locations, with

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in rental operations, warehouse, or related hands-on roles preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Own rental check-in from start to finish, processing returned equipment and routing to lab.
• Prepare equipment to rent again by cleaning and verifying condition and assets.
• Keep equipment status accurate and document damage with photos.
• Manage accessory inventory and coordinate parts replenishment.
• Travel to other JM Test Systems locations about 20% to train teams and support new sites.
• Assist with check-out during busy periods to meet customer deadlines.
• Help improve processes by identifying gaps and updating procedures.
