Job summary

JM Test Systems is seeking an organized Growth & Retention Coordinator to manage quotes, plan onsite services, and ensure smooth execution from award to close-out. You will be the main link among customers, onsite management, technicians, and remote coordinators.

Ideal candidates will coordinate multiple projects, maintain timeliness, and uphold safety and quality standards (ISO 17025, ANSI). This onsite role includes working in Louisiana and opportunities for growth within JM Test Systems.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in project coordination, service dispatch, customer service, or field operations in technical/industrial settings.
• Strong Excel and MS Office skills with good numerical and analytical ability.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines with clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Write accurate quotes for new and returning customers, gathering equipment lists and service needs.
• Plan and track onsite jobs across locations, reporting progress and risks to management.
• Ensure site readiness, credentials, and safety training before crew arrival.
• Coordinate with customers, onsite managers, field technicians, and remote coordinators to maintain consistency.
