Qualifications

• This position interacts with several positions outside CRS.

Responsibilities

• Set clear expectations for branch employees and managers against goals.
• Assist VP in developing and executing a comprehensive business plan.
• Participate in monthly financial reviews of the division and stores.
• Ride with rental sales reps to help develop territory management and sales.
• Develop sales strategies for each store's market with Branch Managers.
• Attend quarterly branch sales meetings to discuss strategies and pricing.
• Develop and maintain training programs for CRS employees.
