Job summary

Holt of California is seeking a hands-on rental/sales support associate in Pleasant Grove, CA. You will assist with renting equipment, support fellow sales reps, and dispatch One Ton drivers for deliveries and pickups while helping with fleet management and ensuring excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include handling rental paperwork, coordinating shop work and invoicing, coordinating hauls, and assisting credit checks and inventories.

Qualifications

• High School GED and/or 1–2 years construction equipment and rental experience/training, or equivalent combo of education and experience.
• Must have a valid driver license and a clean DMV driving record.

Responsibilities

• Take customer calls and sales requests for rental equipment.
• Handle paperwork for rental equipment, including shop work coordination, delivery, and invoicing.
• Handle paperwork for the demo or sale of rental and/or used equipment.
• Coordinate all rental, used, and demo hauling through central dispatch.
• Work with credit department for customer credit authorizations.
• Collaborate with rental yard technicians on checkout and check-in of equipment.
• Assist Rental Manager on special projects, asset management and inventories including physical inventory.
