Gilder Search Group is seeking a Rental Operations Regional Manager to lead five branch locations across the Sacramento region, driving profitability, consistency, and an exceptional customer experience. Qualifications

• Experience managing other managers.
• Experience developing employees through coaching, mentoring, training, and performance management.
• Willingness to travel to multiple locations in the Sacramento area regularly.

Responsibilities

• Directly oversee 5 Branch Managers and indirectly ~80 employees.
• Establish and maintain consistent operational standards across branches to improve efficiency, customer satisfaction, and financial performance.
• Coach Branch Managers on leadership, employee development, accountability, and day-to-day operational decision making.
• Partner with branch teams to solve operational challenges quickly and keep locations operating efficiently.
• Work with sales to develop territory strategies, pursue major rental opportunities, grow customer relationships, and expand market share.
• Develop training programs that strengthen employee knowledge of rental equipment, products, customer service, and sales techniques.
• Partner with Inventory and Service teams to optimize rental fleet planning, equipment purchases, maintenance, and fleet utilization.
