Job summary
Louisiana Cat is seeking a Rental Coordinator to support our Baton Rouge rental operations. You will receive equipment rental orders, coordinate truck routes for delivery and pickup, and assist with invoicing and database maintenance.
The role requires multitasking, strong communication, and proficiency in Word/Excel/Outlook. On-site work with a standard M-F schedule and occasional on-call weekends. Louisiana Cat offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field (highly preferred).
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively, timely, and professionally.
- Strong communication and organizational skills (highly preferred).
- Proficiency in computers and related software (highly preferred).
Responsibilities
- Prepare contracts for equipment rentals and route trucks to customer sites for delivery and pick up.
- Prepare, submit, and follow up on customer invoices.
- Maintain databases and assist with the overall success of the rental department.
- Monitor customer accounts and obtain account verification.
