Job summary

Louisiana Cat is seeking a Rental Branch Manager for our Alexandria, LA location. You will lead day-to-day branch operations, partner with the Rental Operations Manager, and drive service quality, asset availability, and profitability.

The role requires 3+ years of management experience, strong communication, and knowledge of Microsoft Office. A high school diploma is required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred. Monday–Friday schedule with safety-first operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 3+ years of management experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid Driver's License with clean driving record.
• Understanding of construction machinery and rental industry (highly preferred).
• 2-3 years of heavy equipment rental management experience (highly preferred).

THE OPPORTUNITY

We are searching for a Rental Branch Manager to join our growing operations at our Alexandria, LA location. The Rental Branch Manager will manage the day-to-day operations of the location and will be expected to work closely with the Rental Operations Manager to provide the necessary expertise, oversight, and support needed to grow the rental business.

MOST IMPORTANT QUALIFICATIONS
