Qualifications

• Excellent communications and customer service skills.
• Able to discuss customer needs and recommend equipment.
• Works closely with staff to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Promotes add-on sales and merchandise from rental store.
• Knowledgeable about equipment and services in the local market.
• Ask delivery condition questions (dock heights, narrow streets, etc.).
• Notify customer of delivery delays and follow up on overdue rental contracts.

Responsabilités

• Open branch before hours and log daily activities.
• Answer calls promptly and maintain logs.
• Complete daily rental agreements with required details.
• Ensure inventory accountability and timely documentation.
• Learn pricing and REP policy.
