Job summary

Jetstream of Houston is seeking a Branch Manager to lead the Missouri rental center. You will oversee rentals and counter sales, manage fleet movements, and drive revenue growth while maintaining contracts, inventory and safety standards.

Reporting to the Director of Rentals, you will supervise 1–4 staff, conduct annual reviews, monitor KPIs, and coordinate with internal departments to optimize costs and service. Some travel up to 20% is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor Degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Water blasting knowledge desired.

Responsibilities

• Oversee rentals and counter sales operations for assigned location.
• Manage fleet movement with customers and other Rental Centers.
• Supervise direct reports' workload; conduct annual performance reviews.
• Maintain inventory control, contracts, inspection reports and insurance certificates.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal departments to support rental needs.
• Travel up to 20% as required.
