Job summary

Jetstream seeks a Branch Manager to lead a rental center in Missouri. You will oversee all rental and counter sale operations, manage revenue growth, inventories, invoicing, and staff development, while delivering strong customer service and profitability.

You will hire and mentor a team, drive safety and compliance, and report monthly on KPIs, budgets, and performance. Travel up to 25% may be required as part of responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of successful business management experience with profit and loss responsibility at a branch or other individual profit center.
• Valid driver’s license required
• Knowledge and experience in water blasting and/or equipment rental industry preferred
• Forklift certification desired
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and JDEdwards (Oracle based)
• Hands-on mechanical aptitude
• Outstanding communication and relationship building skills
• Exhibit high levels of organization, professionalism, and team leadership
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Deliver revenue results related to strategic growth objectives and the location budget.
• Prepare yearly business plan forecasting revenues, expenses, fleet ROI and utilization.
• Manage branch operations to ensure safety, productivity, customer service and profitability.
• Oversee safety matters, audits, OSHA compliance, and documentation.
• Maintain equipment utilization and inventory records across the location.
• Oversee sales efforts and business initiatives; ensure proper revenue recording.
