Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business administration or related field.
• 1+ year customer service with issues resolution preferred.
• Must be computer literate at an intermediate level.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls and generate leads.
• Maintain current data in the company's marketing database.
• Generate rental, lease and used vehicle sales leads.
• Manage rental asset processes, including vehicle PM and cleanliness standards.
• Meet market share goals by executing sales and marketing initiatives.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Resolve customer concerns to grow the customer base.
